How it works:
The waterproof breatherable and explosion-proof valve of the battery pack is designed to prevent the battery pack from exploding during abnormal operation. The working principle of the valve is to quickly exhaust the high-pressure gas inside the battery pack through the explosion-proof vent membrane when the battery pack is malfunctioning, thereby protecting the battery pack.
When the battery pack is working normally, the waterproof and breatheralbe membrane of the valve keep the internal and external atmospheres of the battery pack separate, preventing water and other liquids from entering the battery pack and ensuring its normal operation. However, when the battery pack experiences an emergency situation such as overheating or short circuit, the internal pressure will increase rapidly. At this time, the explosion-proof vent membrane of the valve will be triggered to quickly open and release the high-pressure gas inside the battery pack. This process can effectively reduce the internal pressure of the battery pack, avoid it from exploding, and protect the user's safety and property.
In addition, the waterproof and explosion-proof functions of the valve can also ensure that the battery pack works normally in damp or adverse environments, reducing the risk of accidents caused by external factors and improving the safety performance of the battery pack.
